Watermelon Mint Cocktail

Hello Lovelies!

Today I am sharing a recipe for a blended watermelon mint cocktail that I made last weekend. It was so light and refreshing and it didn’t make you feel super full. I made it for a barbeque that we held and every single person loved it, girls and guys! It was a huge hit!

Here is what you will need:

Watermelon
White Sugar
Mint Leaves
Your favorite Vodka
Water
Blender

First step is to cut up all of the watermelon into cubes they don’t have to be tiny tiny but they should be on the smaller side. Put some in the blender and fill it about half way, then add about 4 mint leaves and a teaspoon of sugar, put it a shot of vodka and three quarters of a shot of water. Then blend! Repeat until you have the desired amount or until you run out of watermelon. Chill for at least 1 hour or until its time to serve. Pour into a cute pitcher like this or this. Serve over ice. Enjoy!

The new blender I want is the Ninja chop and serve, it chops everything so finely and really puree’s it. I have linked it below but it is also here.
